The Sarasota real estate market does seem to be changing.  On the Good Morning America show last week they reported that Sarasota is the number one real estate investment in the country right now.  Apparently, the Sarasota real estate market went up 13% last year.
 
Fortunately, there are still many good deals to be found in the Sarasota real estate market...the only question is…for how long?
 
One thing is for sure though…it is safe to say that we have already bottomed out…while there may be some bumps along the way, the Sarasota real estate market doesn't appear to be going down.
